Proprietor’s Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon– dry
Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a dry, red wine made with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Lancaster County. We carefully barrel age this wine for at least one year to add rich flavors of chocolate, caramel, coffee and toasted bread that emerge in the finish.

Chancellor – dry
Chancellor is a French-American hybrid grape developed around 1860 by Albert Seibel. This wine is made with our own grapes grown in Rose Bank Winery’s vineyard. Similar to a Pinot Noir, this Burgundy-style wine exhibits flavors reminiscent of plums, strawberries, finishing with a hint of green pepper.

Concord – sweet
Named for Concord, NH where this Native American variety of grape was discovered, Concord is the quintessential grape we have known since childhood. This wine is sweet and tastes very much like grape juice. Concord a delicious sweet treat with the health benefits of red wine.

DeChaunac – dry
Our DeChaunac is a fruity, stainless steel finished red wine with light tannins. It is made from 100% Lake Erie region, hot pressed DeChaunac grapes. This wine opens with rich aromas of fig and plum. Led by plum flavors and undertones of tea and pineapple, it displays a delicate, yet tart finish of apple. Pair with almost anything off the grill, from chicken to pork chops to bluefish. Also great with pasta and gravy.

Merlot – dry
With sweet barrel aromas of vanilla, toasted bread and just a hint of chocolate in the nose, our Merlot opens with ripe blueberry and plummy flavors over toasted oak. As it warms on the tongue, a black pepper note emerges. Dark fruit like date and fig show themselves in the finish. Medium tannins prolong the finish without being too “grippy” on the tongue. Pair with foods like mushrooms, tomatoes, pork, beef or even Chicken Marsala.
