Chardonnay – dry
Our Chardonnay was fermented in oak and finished in stainless steel. Displaying the complexity of the grape, it exhibits a slight oak character without overpowering fruit flavors.
Niagara – sweet
The Native American grape, Niagara, is the same grape that Welch’s uses in their white grape juice. This sweet wine has an unmistakably grapey flavor that everyone can recognize. It offers smooth aromas of apricot and peach accompanied by delicate floral aromas.
Pinot Grigio – off dry
Our Pinot Grigio is a crisp, dry white wine that is refreshing on a hot summer day. It’s acidity is complimented with flavors of lemons, limes, green apples & honeysuckle.
Proprietor’s Reserve Sauvignon Blanc – dry
This Sauvignon Blanc is a crisp, dry white wine with intense fruit flavors. It displays refreshing hints of passion fruit and grapefruit.
Serendipity – dry
Serendipity is Rose Bank Winery’s unique blend of Reisling and Pinot Grigio. The Floral highlights and fruity flavor of the Riesling offer a hint of sweetness that balances perfectly with the crispness and structure of the Pinot Grigio.
Vidal Blanc – sweet
Vidal is a French-American hybrid grape that is well suited to the hot summers and colder winters here, in the Northeast. Our Vidal Blanc is made slightly sweet which creates a balance between the sugar and natural acidity of the grape. This balance compliments the characteristics of pineapple and lush, tropical fruit flavors present in this deliciously fruity wine.
