Full Day Rental
All of our rental contracts are from 9am-10pm or 9am-4pm which allows ample time for set up, decorating, and getting ready for your event!
Furniture Included
We include 60in round tables (8 guests per) and both indoor and outdoor chairs. We also offer additional furniture for rent!
Easy Parking
Our large parking lot accommodates over 400 cars with an additional emergency lot close by. Our staff is dedicated to helping all guests enter their event for a seamless experience.
Indoor & Outdoor Space
When you are renting a space at Rose Bank, you get access to our beautiful grounds. Each building has their own grounds to allow for events or photos during your rental time.
